RE: Saturday School
By South Carolina and District regulations, excessive absences of more than three in a semester course or five in a yearlong course will result in denial of credit. Please be advised that you are in danger of being denied credit in one or more of your courses because of excessive absences.
In order to avoid being denied credit, it is imperative that you attend Saturday School. You must attend________Saturday School(s) in order to receive and/or maintain your credits. Please refer to the attached sheet for Saturday School information—which includes dates for Saturday School, cost and guidelines for Saturday School. Let me state that it is also imperative that you contact your teacher(s) to get assignments for your classes as NO ONE will be allowed to talk, sleep or play during Saturday School. You will be required to work the entire time.
The $20.00 for EACH Saturday School must be paid prior to the morning that you attend and must be paid in the main office. If you have any questions concerning your attendance, please see Dr. Chauncey Malachi, otherwise we will see you in Saturday School.
